Beneficiary Services Limited was founded in 2001 and immediately obtained
a licence from the Malta Financial Services Authority, allowing it to
operate within the financial services industry. Since inception the
company has been geared towards providing corporate management services
and relocation services. Originally the company was part of the
established law firm of Griscti & Chetcuti, Advocates - Malta, which
had been set up in 1981. However the rapid expansion of the
financial services industry in Malta and the consequent expansion of the
client base of the company did not make it practicable to retain this
set-up and the company today stands alone in its own right, though the
driving forces behind it remain unaltered. The company today is made up of a team of
professionals geared towards the provision of financial services to a mainly
international clientele. We are a team of lawyers, solicitors, notaries, paralegals,
tax advisors, certified public accountants and auditors
- a spectrum wide enough to ensure the proper coverage of all the
services we offer.
In
2004 the company was licenced by the Malta Financial Services Authority to
be able to act as a full Trustee Company.
We focus on Malta but appreciate that
stand-alone structures are often insufficient to the solution of our
clients' requirements. Therefore whereas our main focus remains
on Malta, the close association of our firm with our international
consultants, correspondent offices
and agent service providers abroad ensures that the client is provided
with a wide
spectrum of advice and the proposed set-ups will usually offer the best
international solutions available.
